Somewhere in the Nevada desert a mysterious woman named Hana Gittelman contacts Ted Sprague through his computer. Strangely, she's right there in the cabin, which immediately makes Ted suspicious of her motives. Hana can hear and send electronic transmissions with just the power of her mind. She tells Ted that she can find the people who kidnapped them, but that she needs his help in order to take them out.

Meanwhile, Hiro joins forces with Agent Gustavson from the Nevada Gaming Commission to go after Hope and Ando.

Bullets start flying and Ando is hit in the arm. Hiro grabs Ando and pulls him into the luggage storage of a nearby bus. When Hope comes to kill Hiro, he stops time and the bullet, giving the police a chance to come to the rescue.

When he tells Sylar that they need to call the police, Sylar convinces him that this is a bad idea as all evidence points to them as being the murderers.

Isaac quickly finds the gun Bennet gave him and shoots, but Peter becomes invisible to avoid being shot. Isaac whirls around and fires twice, but this time he hits something... Simone! With a startled look on her face, Simone crumples into Peter's arms and dies. As a horrified Isaac runs to his ex-lover's side, his apartment key slips from Simone's lifeless fingers.
